All vehicles new and pre-owned sold by Courtesy Chevrolet to a retail customer will receive complimentary oil and filter changes for 3 years or 37,500 miles depending on vehicle year and model of vehicle.

New Vehicles
New vehicles prior to 2011 model year will receive oil changes every 5,000 miles. These intervals will have a window of 1,000 miles before and after the specified interval. Example: a 10,000 mile oil change must be done between 9,000 and 11,000 miles giving the customer the flexibility to have the service completed at their convenience. There will be a total of 7 oil changes based on 3 years time or 35,000 miles whichever occurs first.

New vehicles 2011 and newer model year will receive oil changes every 7,500 miles as recommended by General Motors. These vehicles use synthetic lubricants and allow for longer service intervals. These intervals will have a window of 1,000 miles before and after the specified interval. Example: a 15,000 mile oil change must be done between 14,000 and 16,000 miles giving the customer the flexibility to have the service completed at their convenience. There will be a total of 5 oil changes based on 3 years time or 37,500 miles whichever occurs first.

Pre-Owned Vehicles
Pre-owned vehicles will receive oil changes every 5,000 miles. These intervals will have a window of 1,000 miles before and after the specified interval. Mileage for the service intervals will be determined by a starting mileage at the time of delivery to the customer. Example: vehicle delivered at 27,500 miles will have the first oil change due at 32,500 miles. The 15,000 mile oil change for this specific vehicle must be done between 41,500 and 43,500 miles giving the customer the flexibility to have the service completed at their convenience. There will be a total of 7 oil changes based on 3 years time or 35,000 accrued miles whichever occurs first.

2011 and newer General Motors pre-owned vehicles will receive oil changes every 7,500 miles as recommended by General Motors. These vehicles use synthetic lubricants and allow for longer service intervals. Mileage for the service intervals will be determined by a starting mileage at the time of delivery to the customer. Example: vehicle delivered at 27,500 miles will have the first oil change due at 35,000 miles. These intervals will have a window of 1,000 miles before and after the specified interval.  Example: a 7,500 mile oil change for this specific vehicle must be done between 34,000 and 36,000 miles giving the customer the flexibility to have the service completed at their convenience. There will be a total of 5 oil changes based on 3 years time or 37,500 accrued miles whichever occurs first.

Coupon books are provided at the time of delivery to the customer for convenience when having the services performed. Please provide the Service Consultant the coupon at the time of service check in. This will ensure your participation in the program.

One of the hardest fought battles to win the 15th Valley Chevy Tent Event, with Courtesy Chevrolet and Chapman Chevrolet battling it out to the end. With the sale over at 6:00pm, both stores where still battling it out at 10:00pm. Finally the agreement is made between Chapman’s GM, Tim Morton and Courtesy Chevrolet’s Scott Gruwell to lay the cards on the table and declare the winner. Chapman comes out at 126, and Courtesy takes it with 127 units sold. Definitely a hard fought battle all weekend. Well done to both teams for having so many happy Chevy customers driving there new Chevrolets. Between the two stores, over 250 happy Chevrolet customers are on the road driving their new Chevrolets. The final number of happy Chevy customers – way over 700 new Chevrolets over the 4 day Chevy Tent Event. Well done to all Chevy dealers that participated in making this years annual Valley Tent Sale a true success.
