Grand Prize Drawing and Doorbuster Drawing Official Rules and Regulations
Must be 18 years or older to enter Grand Prize and Doorbusters drawings.
Limit one golden ticket per test drive at Courtesy Chevrolet for the Grand Prize drawing.
Limit one golden ticket per household at Courtesy Chevrolet for the Grand Prize Drawing.
Limit one Doorbuster ticket per household. NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY. The purchase of a vehicle will not increase the chances of winning any prizes.
The maximum number of golden tickets accepted for the Grand Prize drawing will be capped at 100 and will be cut off at 6:00 p.m. on 11/25/2022, whichever comes first. Estimated odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1/100 unless fewer tickets are accepted, in which case the odds of winning improve. Example: If only 88 eligible customers complete a test drive on 11/25/2022 before 6:00 p.m., the odds of winning the Grand Prize are 1/88.
Estimated odds of winning a prize in the Doorbuster drawing depends on the number of tickets issued. Tickets will be issued to eligible customers who come to Courtesy Chevrolet on 11/25/2022 during business hours before 6:00 p.m. Only one Doorbuster ticket will be issued per household.
Once an eligible customer has completed a test drive, his or her golden ticket will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.
Only the first 100 customers to complete a test drive on 11/25/2022 before 6:00 p.m. will receive a golden ticket and be entered into the Grand Prize drawing.
The Grand Prize drawing will be held on 11/25/2022 starting at 7:00 p.m. in the new car showroom of Courtesy Chevrolet 1233 E Camelback Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014. Customers that have entered the GRAND PRIZE and DOORBUSTER Drawings must be physically present to win. No exceptions.
Customers cannot send a family member or friend in their place to attend the drawings or accept any prizes. If the customer whose ticket is drawn is not physically present at the time of the Grand Prize drawing when the customer’s name is called, additional tickets will be drawn until a ticket is drawn for a customer who is physically present at the time of the drawings.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash value. The Grand Prize winner cannot cancel or return any vehicle(s) purchased as a result of winning the Grand Prize. Courtesy Chevrolet takes no responsibility for any tax liabilities or costs. The Grand Prize Winner is urged to consult a tax advisor to determine their responsibility for any required tax payments.
To collect the Grand Prize, the winner may be required to sign and deliver to Courtesy Chevrolet (a) a sworn affidavit of eligibility in accordance with these Rules, including without limitation that he or she is at least 18 years old; (b) such written information as is required by any applicable tax laws, including without limitation his or her Social Security Number; and (c) proof of identity in forms satisfactory to Courtesy Chevrolet that the person claiming the prize is the same person who is named on the winning raffle ticket.
By entering the Grand Prize or the Doorbuster drawings, entrants accept and agree (1) to be bound by all the rules, limitations, and restrictions set forth herein, and (2) that their names and/or likenesses may be disclosed to and used by the news media and may otherwise be used by Courtesy Chevrolet for publicity purposes, including without limitation for future promotional events and marketing.
The Grand Prize will be transferred to the Grand Prize winner “as is, where is, and with all faults.” Courtesy Chevrolet does not make or provide any representation, guarantee, or warranty, expressed or implied, in connection with the Grand Prize or the Doorbuster prizes and accepts no liability or responsibility regarding the construction or condition of the Grand Prize or the Doorbuster prizes. Courtesy Chevrolet does not warrant that the Grand Prize or Doorbuster prizes are of mercantile quality or that they can be used for any particular purpose. No express warranties are given and no affirmation of Courtesy Chevrolet by words and/or actions will constitute a warranty.
By entering the Grand Prize and Doorbuster drawings, each participant releases Courtesy Chevrolet and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participating in the drawings, winning any prize, or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, and each winner agrees to indemnify and hold Courtesy Chevrolet harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the drawings or the winner’s acceptance or use of any prize.
Current employees of Courtesy Chevrolet or any affiliate of Chevrolet or Courtesy Automotive Group, and immediate family members residing in the same household, are excluded from participating and are not eligible to win any prizes.
